MoonQ (previously published as Moon Astrology) shows you who you may be meant for and reads your real birth chart every day, in warm, plain words, for reflection and entertainment.
Whether you have a question, hit a problem, need help with your subscription, or just want to share feedback, we would love to hear from you. Please include your device model and iOS version if you are reporting a bug. It helps us help you faster.
MoonQ Premium is billed through your Apple ID, with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. To view, change, or cancel it, open your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Already subscribed, or changed phones? Tap Restore purchases on the paywall or in Profile.
Your name and birth details are stored on your device. To erase them, open Profile → Delete my data. That also asks our server to delete the records linked to your install ID. It does not cancel your subscription. If you are offline, or want us to confirm deletion, email us. For details, see our Privacy Policy below.
Readings, Guide replies and the soulmate sketch are created with artificial intelligence. The sketch is a drawing of an imagined person made from your chart, not a real person. If you ever see something that feels wrong, tell us at support@moonq.co.
