Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using 3D Modeling AI: Text To 3D ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

The App allows you to generate 3D models using artificial intelligence. You provide text prompts or images, and the App uses Tripo AI (tripo3d.ai), a third-party AI service, to generate 3D models.

Credits and Purchases

• The App uses a credit system. Each credit allows one 3D model generation.
• New users receive free trial credits.
• Additional credits can be purchased via in-app purchases through the Apple App Store.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
• Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

AI-Generated Content

• 3D models are generated by Tripo AI based on your input. Results may vary.
• You retain rights to the 3D models you generate for personal and commercial use.
• Magic Unicorn Inc. does not claim ownership of your generated models.
• We do not guarantee that generated content will be free of errors, artifacts, or unsuitable material.

Third-Party Services

The App relies on Tripo AI (tripo3d.ai) for 3D model generation. By using the App, you acknowledge that your text prompts and uploaded images are sent to Tripo AI for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Magic Unicorn Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
