Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Black Moon. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Black Moon is a premium lifestyle, relationship, and self-discovery app offered by Magic Unicorn Inc. The app includes guided chat, profile-based insights, compatibility tools, soulmate generation, and related subscription features. We may update the app, change features, revise pricing, or limit availability as needed.

Apple may also impose platform rules, review requirements, billing rules, and technical limitations that affect how the app operates on iOS devices.

Subscriptions and payments

  • Paid access is sold through Apple's in-app purchase system.
  • Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings after purchase.
  • We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple handles billing, payment processing, refunds where available, and subscription account controls.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Black Moon to break the law, harass or threaten others, submit abusive or infringing material, reverse engineer protected systems, interfere with the service, bypass subscriptions or security controls, or use automated methods to overload or scrape the product.

Generated content and your submissions

You keep ownership of the content you submit to the app. You give Magic Unicorn Inc. a limited license to host, process, transmit, and transform that content as needed to operate Black Moon, including sending requests to third-party AI processing providers that power chat and soulmate features.

Generated outputs may vary, may be imperfect, and may not be unique. You are responsible for how you use any generated output outside the app.

Disclaimers

Black Moon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or that generated outputs will always meet your expectations.

Black Moon offers informational lifestyle and relationship guidance. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it should not be used as the sole basis for significant personal decisions.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are abusing the service, violating these terms, causing security risks, or using the app in a way that could harm others or the platform. You may stop using the app at any time and may request deletion of install-linked data as described in the privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Unicorn Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of Black Moon.
