This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App") provided by Magic Unicorn Inc. By downloading, installing, or using Get Fit AI, you consent to the practices described below. If you do not agree with our policies, please do not download or use the App.

1. Information We Collect

a. Personal Information You Provide Directly

• Account Registration: If you choose to create an account, we may collect your name, email address, date of birth, and optional profile photo.
• Photo Uploads: To generate personalized plans, you will upload or take photos. These images may include identifiable information (e.g., face, body shape).
• Health & Lifestyle Details: During onboarding, you may be asked to enter height, weight, age, gender, dietary preferences, allergies, fitness goals, and activity levels.

b. Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: We automatically collect device information (e.g., model, operating system version), app usage metrics, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
• Analytics: We use third-party analytics services (e.g., Firebase) to better understand how users interact with the App. This data is aggregated and anonymized.

c. Third-Party Data

OpenAI API: When you upload a photo, it is transmitted securely to OpenAI's servers for image and language processing. We do not store your images on our servers once analysis is complete. OpenAI's use of your data is governed by their privacy policy (https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Plan Generation: We use your photos and health data to generate tailored nutrition and workout plans via the OpenAI API.
• Profile Management: To update and maintain your user profile, including tracking progress and adjusting future recommendations.
• Communication: To send you important updates, promotional offers (if you opt-in), reminders (e.g., to log meals or workouts), and customer support responses.
• Analytics & Improvement: To analyze aggregated usage patterns, fix bugs, and enhance App features.
• Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and law enforcement requests.

3. How We Share Your Information

• Service Providers: We share your data (including photos) with OpenAI strictly for analysis purposes. We also use third-party services (e.g., payment processors, cloud storage) that may have access to limited user data necessary for their functionality.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to legal processes, government requests, or investigations.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, provided they agree to adhere to this policy.
• Aggregated & Anonymized Data: We may share de-identified, aggregated usage statistics with partners or for research.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and photos only as long as necessary to provide you with App services or to comply with legal obligations. All photos sent to OpenAI are deleted from our servers immediately after analysis.

Account data (e.g., profile, progress logs) may be retained indefinitely unless you request account deletion.

5. Your Choices & Rights

• Access & Correction: You can view and update your profile information at any time within the App settings.
• Account Deletion: You may request to delete your account by contacting support@magicunicorninc.com. We will permanently erase your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
• Opt-Out of Marketing: If you no longer wish to receive promotional emails or notifications, you can disable them in Settings or follow opt-out instructions in the email.
• Do Not Track: Our App does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures—including encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit and secure cloud storage practices—to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Get Fit AI is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes that affect your rights, we will notify you via in-App notice or email prior to the changes taking effect. The date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised.
