By downloading, installing, or using the Get Fit AI application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the App.
License to Use
Magic Unicorn Inc. grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Restrictions

- Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Remove copyright or other proprietary notices from the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.

You agree that you will not use the App to:

- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Health and Fitness Disclaimers
Get Fit AI provides AI-generated fitness and nutrition recommendations. These recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.
You acknowledge that:
- You should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.
- The App's recommendations are based on the information you provide and may not be suitable for your specific health conditions.
- You use the App's fitness and nutrition recommendations at your own risk.
