Home AI is an AI interior redesign app published by Magic Unicorn Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and us for your use of the Home AI iOS app and its related services (together, the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") also applies to your use of the App. If these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict, these Terms apply to the extent permitted. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
The App is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to these Terms and the Standard EULA, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App, use it to build a competing service, access our servers other than through the App, or interfere with the App's security or with other users' use of it. We and our licensors keep all rights not expressly granted to you.
Free redesign. Each installation of the App includes one free redesign. It is tied to the installation identifier described in our Privacy Policy, is not renewed, and is subject to the abuse limits described below.
Auto-renewing subscriptions. Further redesigns require a Home AI subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings (or from Settings → Manage subscription in the App); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Prices are shown in the App and by Apple before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Credits. Each plan includes a number of credits per period (for example per week or per month), shown in the App before you buy and in the App's Settings afterwards. One credit is used for each redesign that is successfully created; a generation that fails or that you cancel does not use a credit. Credits are valid only for the period they belong to: unused credits expire at the end of the period and do not roll over. Credits have no cash value, cannot be bought separately, transferred, exchanged or refunded, and are not property.
Changes to plans. We may change plans, prices, the number of credits included, the free redesign and other usage limits for future subscription periods. Changes do not reduce a period you have already paid for; price changes follow Apple's notification and consent rules. To protect the service we may also apply reasonable limits, such as on the number of requests at once, per day or per network, and may temporarily pause new generations during very high demand.
You keep all rights in the photos you upload. You give us, and the service providers we use, a limited licence to process each photo only to create the redesign you asked for, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use and share the results. We may refuse to process a photo, and our AI provider may decline to process images that breach its own content policies.
Redesigns are generated automatically by an artificial-intelligence model. Results are illustrative concepts: they may contain inaccuracies or artefacts, may alter details of the room, building or garden, and may show furniture, materials, plants or products that do not exist, would not fit, or would look different in reality. Colours on screen may differ from real paint and materials. Results are not architectural, structural, engineering, building-code, safety or professional design advice; consult qualified professionals before carrying out any building, renovation or landscaping work. Results are provided "as is", and we do not guarantee any particular result. Redesigned results are kept on our server for at most 24 hours; save the ones you want to keep to your device.
We work to keep the App available, but it may be interrupted, changed or discontinued, and some features depend on third-party services. We may update the App and these Terms from time to time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and all results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Unicorn Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or reputation, arising out of or related to your use of the App or its results, including decisions or work based on a redesign. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App and subscriptions in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it (and cancelling any subscription with Apple). We may suspend or end your access to the service if you breach these Terms or if we must do so for legal reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Magic Unicorn Inc.'s place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
If we change these Terms we will update this page and the effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the App or its App Store description. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
